Test Results for miniconda & slinky:
PC: Pentium100 16MB 1.2GB
CDROM: Creative 48x
using default packages

miniconda v0.7.2:
install time
@16MB - 20mins.
@12MB - 26mins.
@8MB - did not finish (Running anaconda please 
wait.. - for more than 1hr)

slinky v0.1.7:
install time
@16MB - 35mins.
@8MB - 52mins.
