[Rule-list] Tips for making X more efficient

Hello,

something to try, and keep in mind to make X less memory hungry:

It contains both tips which may lead us to prepare/recompile some
different X rpm (see the "17 types ov SVGA HW" tips) and tips which
would only require proper "post install" configuration scripts (see
the .Xresources / .Xdefaults part).

Any comment is appreciated.
