[Rule-list] Request for rpm build procedure

Hello,
I have realized that, since we probably need to build RPMs for RULE,
and many list members are never done it before (including me... :-( )
we could really use a step by step howto. Can somebody more expert
point to it if existing, or just put together a list of the most
relevant URLs so I can add it to the web site?
