welcome and thank you, both for joining the project, and for the
"nice stuff" definition, on behalf of all contributors.

May I ask you:

1) to provide the URL for Tony Nugent's docs
2) to give us (when you have time of course) an overview of what
    RULE would need to support non alphabetic languages?
