Looking at the log, I see a bug or two, but nothing major.
(I don't see a second log file, but this should be enough to get me 
started.)

That doesn't look good. Now I just need to figure out what couldn't be 
located.

This appears to be a script error. I've managed to reproduce this error, 
and have fixed scripts. I'll post new images later tonight. The error was 
caused by using an incorrect /etc/mtab file. It should now be parsed and 
edited properly to contain valid entries to satisfy rpm.

I've just finished an install similar to yours, I'll include the install 
log, with a few comments. The install went fine, lilo booted normally, 
and kudzu detected and configured the network card during the boot 
process.

## I've fixed the above warning in the newest scripts.

warning: group lock does not exist - using root
warning: group mail does not exist - using root

## This, I can't figure out. The groups in question do exist prior to 
installing the package causing the warnings.

telinit: timeout opening/writing control channel /dev/initctl

## Any ideas? Happens all the time, doesn't seem to harm anything.
