The installer was done by Michael Fratoni, I did only write that install
file quite long ago. Most of the information should still be true
however.

As soon as I (or someone else) does write it. I'm currently very busy at
work, to this isn't soon to happen. :-((

Somewhere between 350 and 500 MB: About 250 MB installed files (minimal)
plus some installer images which size I do not know. If you have less
space available (but the required 250 MB) you need to use the slinky
installer instead.
