Preparing RULE web site updates and news

Michael,

thanks a lot for the latest work on slinky. As soon as I get in
contact with Rodolfo, I will set up with him some Mysql based news
list, so that:

	whenever there are releases or other things to announce
	we can quickly do it both on the list and on the website

	the home page lists the 3/4 most recent news

	all the others are available from the DB in a separate page

in the meantime, thinking again to the web site and docs in general,
may I ask you if you thinks it's time to update the slinky/miniconda
overview you wrote some time ago, and if yes start thinking to it (on
a very *back* burner, of course)?
