Ideally, wouldn't it be better if, when a package is available in RPM
form, everybody tests it with his WM and favourite applications? All
coming from psyche rpm packages? (**) Personally, for example, I'd try
it with original blackbox, rox, and probably openoffice, just to see
what happens.
Putting it another way: I'm probably not good enough to hack the code
as Michael, but I and many others can certainly debug it under many
more different conditions if we try to match it each one to our
favorite apps and report. Or not?
Ciao,
Marco Fioretti
(**) Which of course doesn't prevent at all tests from tarballs and/or
suse, debian, slackware, whatever. Every feedback is welcome, and a
stable, well known, tiny X server for desktop use is something sorely
missed by all distributions, as far as I know.
