[RULE] RULE page for kdrive available

Hello,

I have found a bit of time to cut and paste together (almost)
everything that was said on this list about kdrive since last
november. Please have a look at:

and consider that that is a very temporary version, actually little
more than a canvas from which Michael (with everybody's help, I hope) can
start to document the whole process. (I've done this while chained at
home by the flu, so triple-check every line :-), thanks )

Any feedback here, please.
