[RULE] Check the new logo submission

I forgot something...

I really enjoyed the submission by "mlahumlaha" - the surprised look of
the penguin... LOL! This inspired me, I would like to see this turn into
an animation - a fat penguin sits on a turtle, which suddenly speeds
away, causing the penguin to fall off (that's the picture now). So the
penguin has to run, loosing weight and finally, being tall and muscular,
once again rides the turtle.

I guess I just invented the very first RULE comercial... ;=D
