[RULE] The RULE testing database has been updated

Hello,

All the PC tested in the last three months have been inserted, and
linked to their install report. Some minor redesign was also made, and
the  screenshot gallery has a new interesting entry (thanks, Chris).

The PCs added are those tested by (in random order):

	Chris Moore
	C.D. Rigby
	Eugene Wong
	R. Pala
	T. Sutinen

Everybody is welcome to check the listing (especially the PC owners)
and signal any error. Thanks to all who submitted material!
