[RULE] Slinky and Miniconda?

I haven't been following what's been happening with these
tools, & am having trouble finding up-to-date iso's of slinky
& miniconda to use for a project at work. I followed the links
on the web page, but they do not lead to copies of either file.

Where are the latest versions of these two packages? I have
a computer I want to squeeze a useable version of RH into.
