I am not sure about what is being suggested:
breaking the current single file in one file per section
keep one file but number sections and add an index?
	anything else?

I have played a bit with Perl on the current install guide version.
Right now, its table of content would look like this (please check it
against the questions at the bottom):

Now the questions:
(to Richard)
you submitted:

	a) introduction
	b) partitioning
	c) what to download
	d) copying the images
If I understand it correctly, a) should substitute chapter 1, b
chapter 5, d) subchapter 6.3 and c) should go where? (I am asking this
on list before reading them in detail to involve/keep current the
whole list on this)

TO EVERYBODY:
please "vote" on the current Table of Contents. Specifically, reply on
the list by stripping everybody but the ToC above, and writing
incomplete/wrong/unclear/whatever aside the sections that in your opinion are
worst today (explaining why, please :-) ). Also, please missing
chapter titles wherever you see fit.

I'll take care to edit/integrate/(re)write everything that comes out
of this discussion.
Thanks in advance for any feedback,
					Marco Fioretti
