[RULE] Problem with PHP pages solved

Hello,

the problem I signalled here about forms not working anymore in PHP
pages is solved. Don't ask me why, how and when, but some templates on
my hard disk were changed from:

	form action="www.rule-project.org

to

	form action="http:www.rule-project.org

which forces the browser to build, and ask to the server, wrong
paths...

Ah, well.. this is probably what happens when one tries to script
everything this side of the moon.
