[RULE] New navbar and LOGO!

Hello,

please have a look at the home page.

It sports the logo (IIRC, that's the one we selected eventually, isn't
it?) a "source text" link (works only on some pages now) and an "ISO
and mirrors" link.

Any feedback on ALL the points above is welcome (starting from how to
make the image sharper!)
