[RULE] libc replacements

Michael Fratoni attempted something similar.
Look in the list archives, 21 Jan 2003, a thread titled "uClibc versus
glibc and packaging". Michael would know more about this. We concluded
that for RULE (seeing its prerequisites explained in my other messages
today) it would not be useable, but it is surely good if a page
listing together all these alternative libraries is written, and made
available to all GNU/Linux users. We can host it of course.
