Thanks for this tip Marco, here is the slide about LTSP:

--- snip ---
Thin client: very limited computer, possibly without hard disk, through
which every program is run remotely on a
common server, or loaded from it

RULE PC: (very) limited computer, with a real Red Hat Linux system, full
networking, and at least the basic applications
installed to be run locally

The two concepts are complementary, and can benefit from each other
* A thin client is perfect when Maintenance must be mimized (server only)
* Diskless clients are available

A RULE PC
* Is fully functional (within its limits) without a server (at home?)
* Can also be used as thin client (reducing the load on the server for the
most common applications)
