[RULE] New testing page and procedure

Anybody who wants to add information to this database (starting from
those who installed in the last 2/3 months and maybe reported the
install here) should please:

do it again, following the procedure described in that page

pasting at the bottom of the form the complete install report, if
available, and/or any comment.

I know that some of you already mailed info to the list or to me, but
if you can do it this way I can add everything in the new dataabase
much faster (and once it's there, no more problems).
