[RULE] FAQ addition, and pages on inclusion of new packages

Hello,

after some weeks (sorry) I have finally found the time to add part of
the changes submitted (thanks!) by R. Kramer. You can read them at:

Feedback is welcome. I will add the discussions about abiword and
klipper later (unless we decide to replace them with pointers to the

material comes from there: Ruth, what do you think?)
