[RULE] Kdrive pages reformatted

	Dear Marco,

	I like the pages, but will offer one comment/suggestion. I use w3m
to surf the web, and my web browser does not distinguish between italics
and non-italic text. In your interview with Keith Packard, I could not
tell who was saying what.

	My suggestion: Identify the speakers in some way. Another thing
that works (for me, but maybe not for others) would be to use the bold
attribute to distinguish speakers instead of italics.

	This may be a bad idea (since not many people use w3m, and maybe
other browers handle this more intelligently) and if it is then please
ignore it.
