May I add, that in the enviroments we used RULE-installed computers CD-ROM
drives are not common. In Kinshasa f.e., we are happy if we have on CD-ROM
drive per classrom (15-20) PCs. The reason is, that CD-ROM drives break
quiet early, so used but working CD-ROM drives are seldom.
