[RULE] Can you see the RULE website now?

Hello,

(direct CC to Rodolfo so he can control the server status)

in the last 24 hours (now it is 11:30 pm GMT +1) I haven't been able
to connect to www.rule-project.org from home, to update some pages.

I can, however, send & receive email, or surf to any other site. Only
RULE gives "www.rule-project.org couldn't be found. Please check the
name and try again"

Also, this afternoon I could reach the site from the office.

What is the situation on your end? So we can figure out how widespread
is the problem, and where it is?
