I spoke too early. Now "rule-project.org can't be found" again... :-(
All other sites are reachable. Traceroute www.rule-project.org also
gives "unknown host". Tomorrow I'll call my ISP help desk to hear what
they say. For the record, their nameservers are
nameserver 195.110.128.1
nameserver 212.48.4.11
What other tests could I run to diagnose the problem?
