[RULE] Slinky 0.4.01: cannot create /dev/null

For the record, if I boot with tomsbrt and run *its* fdisk -l, it
returns the correct partition table on

Disk /dev/hda

So with that fdisk the command above would work, or at least not fail
because of fdisk (remember that fdisk/busybox -l returns nothing).

However, if I edit by hand /scripts/setup.sh to replace the line above
with:

avail_devices='hda'

I still get the "cannot write to /dev/null" error, and am stuck
