Actually it looks like you didn't. Did you follow the procedure
linked from here:

You were still listed as regularly subscribed in the mailing list
administrative interface 5 minutes ago (7:50 am GMT +1). No matter,
however. I did cancel your subscription, so you shouldn't receive RULE
messages anymore.
