[Rule] (OT) Minimalist motherboard

Please excuse the off-topic post.
I'm looking for a 'bare minimum' linux motherboard available in
Europe. I need to run serial comms (preferably RS 485), DHCP server
and Apache to a maximum of a dozen clients.
Just serial and ethernet interfaces. Headless, low power.
