[Rule] Status of modules and accounts on the website

Hello folks,

I was a bit sick the last two days, so I have started just now to
catch up with email and RULE.

I have activated the book module as requested. Also, I have (finally)
activated Chris account. Chris, thanks for your patience, you can
start whenever you want.

Since I was there, I also deleted pending accounts which where
obviously attempts to spam (user names like d89fdk498s84....).

There are other accounts which are still pending. I haven't deleted
them yet, even if they were requested months ago, they have names and
email addresses which _look_ real. If any of you subscribed to this
list requested a rule account and never got it authorized, write to me
(not to the list) specifying the account name and I'll enable it
immediately.
