At ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/ you can find *all* Red Hat
Linux versions, starting at 1.0! Only the betas have been deleted.

ftp.redhat.com is busy most of the time, so try one of the mirrors:
http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html

This will be sufficient for a RULE install, but the third CD contains
some interesting RPMs as well.
