Sorry for the delay, I don't know where the week went (and tomorrow I'm
leaving for a short trip).

Creating the disk is not that hard, you just have to treat the disk as
an apt repository. I'm attaching an old script I used last time I did
it, I don't know if it still works but it may be a starting point.
