[RULE] New attempt at "minimal install", now using Fedora Core 3, Release Candidate 5

I would appreciate it if as many people as possible could take a look at
the update I just posted [1], since I got stuck on a synaptics
dependency and it's making my life difficult. Although I've had only a
little time to work on it, RC5 is only down to about 435MB right now
since roughly 40MB more stuff is stuck due to synaptics.

Some text, better package separations, and a new package list are all
posted together. ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOME. I can't delete the xorg*
packages, the cups packages, and quite a few others because rhpl
requires synaptics, and synaptics in turn requires a bunch of other
stuff. Very annoying. At least 40MB worth of annoying.
