[RULE] Packages for FC3 are on the RULE website

Greetings,

I've finally managed to copy in:

http://www.rule-project.org/download/fedora_core_3/

all the relevant packages made by Franz and Michael. So I hope at
least. I have divided them into 3 folders:

RPM (only fluxbox there now)
kdrive
slinky (both version slinky-v0.4.07 by Franz and version 5.0 by
       Michael)

Random notes/questions:

please confirm that I didn't forget anything
if anybody can make an ISO image, let me know where it is and I will
   copy it on the server
which are the differences between the two slinky versions above?

I will announce slinky for fc3 on the website and relevant lists after
  getting confirmation that nothing is missing.

website contributing editors are always welcome: just ask me offlist
for an account.
