[RULE] mailman very misconfigured

The mailman for this list seems to be really 
http://ns3.simpaticus.com/mailman/options/rule-list_rule-project.org/

However it thinks it should be rita.choice-secure.com and so people will 
not be able to unsubscribe/subscribe until that is fixed.
